High-throughput sequencing of miRNA-like sequences in Candida haemulonii var. vulnera

To identify microRNA-like sequences in the opportunistic fungal pathogen Candida haemulonii, including their expression within the yeast and their presence in extracellular vesicles, as part of a bioprospective study to characterize the molecular cargo associated with this emerging pathogen.
