Intrinsic defects in lymph node stromal cells underpin poor germinal center responses during aging

The aim of this study was to understand how age impacts on the early response of follicular dendritic cells and marginal reticular cells to immunisation There are 39 samples in total, 19 samples of follicular dendritic cells, 20 samples of marginal reticular cells, all isolated from C57BL/6 mouse lymph nodes by cell sorting. Within each cell type, cells have been isolated from adult 8 week-old mice and aged 98 week old mice, from both unimmunsed mice and 2 days after immunisation with NP-KLH emulsified in Alum.
