淄博市2023年发明专利授权及所属战略新兴产业领域数据

国家战略性新兴产业分类是指根据《“十三五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》，将国际专利分类直接与战略性新兴产业分类进行对照，确定新一代信息技术产业、高端装备制造产业、新材料产业、生物产业、新能源汽车产业、新能源产业、节能环保产业、数字创意产业、相关服务业等9大战略性新兴产业领域以及脑科学、量子信息和区块链等关键核心技术领域，建立与国际专利分类的参照关系。从而贯彻落实党的十九届五中全会关于发展战略性新兴产业部署要求，加强战略性新兴产业专利分析及动向监测，满足战略性新兴产业专利活动的统计需要。本数据知识产权通过对国家知识产权局公布的2023年淄博市授权的发明专利的数据进行统计筛选，包含专利申请和授权的时间，申请人的情况，申请专利的技术领域，以及战略新兴产业的分类等技术信息。The National Strategic Emerging Industries Classification is formulated in accordance with the "National 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Strategic Emerging Industries". It directly aligns the International Patent Classification (IPC) with the strategic emerging industries classification, and identifies 9 major strategic emerging industry sectors including new-generation information technology industry, high-end equipment manufacturing industry, new materials industry, biological industry, new energy vehicle industry, new energy industry, energy conservation and environmental protection industry, digital creativity industry and related service industries, as well as key core technology fields such as brain science, quantum information and blockchain, to establish a reference relationship with the International Patent Classification. This is to implement the deployment requirements for the development of strategic emerging industries put forward at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, strengthen patent analysis and trend monitoring for strategic emerging industries, and meet the statistical needs of patent activities related to strategic emerging industries. This dataset, with its associated intellectual property rights, is compiled by statistically screening the data of authorized invention patents in Zibo City published by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in 2023, and contains technical information such as the dates of patent application and authorization, applicant information, technical fields of the applied patents, and classification results of strategic emerging industries.
