IGH VDJ rearrangements. 40 samples from 10 human organ donor, each sample has 6 replicates, hence 240 sets of reads. For each individual, samples are from: Peripheral blood, spleen, Mesenteric lymph node, Mediastinal lymph node. For each sample there are 2 replicates sequenced using FR1 promoter region, and 4 replicates from the FR2 region.
