The influence of dextran sulphate treatment on chicken macrophages

Dextran sulphate is a polyanionic derivative of dextran and has versatile physicochemical and biological properties. In particular, it can induce the host inflammatory response. The recent study found that Dextran sulphate can profoundly inhibited ALV-J proliferation in chicken macrophages. To further investigate the antiviral mechanisms of dextran sulphate, we performed RNA sequencing on dextran sulphate-treated chicken macrophages.
