Microbial activities and geochemical parameters in sediments affected by the DWH oil fallout, November 29 - December 02, 2010

This dataset has heterotrophic microbial metabolic rates (enzyme activities, leucine incorporation, bacterial abundance) as well as porewater and sedimentary geochemical parameters at sites proximate to and distant from the Deepwater Horizon wellhead. Six sediment cores were collected from late November to early December 2010.本数据集涵盖异养微生物代谢速率（包括酶活性、亮氨酸掺入量、细菌丰度），以及位于深水地平线（Deepwater Horizon）井口邻近及远离区域的孔隙水与沉积地球化学参数。研究于2010年11月末至12月初共采集了6根沉积岩芯。
