Survey Data on Boss Phubbing

This dataset contains anonymized survey data collected in 2024 from 412 employees from various sectors in Kocaeli/Turkey. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire designed to evaluate the effect of boss phubbing and satisfaction with the supervisor on job satisfaction.
