Tetracycline resistant Acinetobacter species from manure and soil

Bacteria isolated from the previous study (10.1038/s41598-019-42734-5) related the tetracycline resistance genes. In this study we try to reveal their AMR, VF, MGE, biofilm formation, quorum sensing/quenching, mobile genetic element, virulence factor, reserve compounds, biopolymer production, motility-related genes, and secondary metabolite clusters.
