UNEQUAL KNOWLEDGE PRODUCTION: MAPPING GENDER BUDGETING SCHOLARSHIP IN THE GLOBAL NORTH AND GLOBAL SOUTH (2015 – 2025)

This dataset accompanies the article “Unequal Knowledge Production: Mapping Gender Budgeting Scholarship in the Global North and Global South,” submitted to Cogent Social Sciences. It contains the supplementary materials used in the bibliometric and systematic literature review, following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The dataset includes: List of 108 articles from Scopus PRISMA Checklist (PDF) – completed PRISMA 2020 checklist. Reviewed Articles List (Excel) – a list of all articles included in the review Bibliometric Data (CSV) – file exported from Scopus (saved as Scopus (14).csv), containing the raw data used for the bibliometric analysis, including publication metadata, author information, and citation details. PRISMA Flowchart (PDF) – documentation of the article selection process. These materials are provided to enhance transparency, reproducibility, and to support further research on gender budgeting, particularly in relation to unequal knowledge production between the Global North and Global South.
