MEA recordings dataset

This dataset contains: Raw data files of the electrophysiological signal exported from Multichannel GmbH MEA2100-mini system for 60 electrodes MEA in 2 formats: a. Raw_data_MEA_data.zip contains folders of experiments with HDF5 files to be extracted, under which the raw recorded data (not filtered or processed) of the electrical signals is found. b. Pre_processed_MEA_data.zip contains folders of experiments with the pre-processed signals undergone bandpass filtering and spike detection algorithm, saved as txt files indicating times of detected spikes. NEST simulations generated spike data (final_simulations_paper.zip). Data for reprudicing some of the figures in the primary article related to this dataset (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neunet.2024.107058).
