By single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis, we classify adult mouse RGCs into 28 types, which can be distinguished by distinct sets of characteristic genes or even by single gene markers. Overall design: Single-cell RNA-seq of 3-month mouse RGCS (Retinal ganglion cells) that were enriched by FACS sorting of Brn3b::GFP reporter.
