This dataset includes 446 complete H5N5 influenza A virus sequences from NCBI, processed via local bioinformatics pipelines.
Sequences were filtered, aligned with MAFFT (--auto), and trimmed. Codon usage metrics (ENc, CAI for human/avian hosts, GC3, RSCU, CPB, PR2) were computed per sequence. Year and country metadata were parsed from headers. Package contains aligned FASTA, codon metrics CSV, QC summaries, and visualizations.
