Fecundity, sporulation, and survival data

This file, in .csv format, includes includes fecundity, sporulation, and survival data for each aphid. 'Genotype' indicates aphid line. 'SD' refers to treatment (the number of spores /mm^2 each aphid was exposed to). 'Fecundity' is the lifetime fecundity of each aphid. Sporulation indicates whether the aphid produced a sporulating cadaver (1 for yes, 0 for no). The 'status' and 'time' columns are survival data formatted for the 'Survival' package in R.本数据集文件采用.csv格式，包含各蚜虫的繁殖力、产孢情况与存活相关数据。其中，“基因型(Genotype)”字段用于标识蚜虫品系；“SD”代表处理组别，即每头蚜虫所暴露的孢子密度（单位：孢子数/mm²）；“繁殖力(Fecundity)”指单头蚜虫的终生繁殖总量；“产孢情况(Sporulation)”为二分类变量，1表示蚜虫死后形成产孢僵虫，0则表示未形成；“status”与“time”两列为适配R语言Survival包的存活数据格式。
