Fecundity, sporulation, and survival data

This file, in .csv format, includes includes fecundity, sporulation, and survival data for each aphid. 'Genotype' indicates aphid line. 'SD' refers to treatment (the number of spores /mm^2 each aphid was exposed to). 'Fecundity' is the lifetime fecundity of each aphid. Sporulation indicates whether the aphid produced a sporulating cadaver (1 for yes, 0 for no). The 'status' and 'time' columns are survival data formatted for the 'Survival' package in R.
