Cosmic rays (CRs) in the LCO CR dataset are accurately and consistently labeled across numerous diverse observations from various instruments. To the best of our knowledge, this is the largest dataset of its kind. It comprises over 4,500 scientific images from 23 instruments of the Las Cumbres Observatory Global Telescope Network.

Each sample in our dataset is a multi-extension FITS file containing three images, three corresponding CR masks, and three ignore masks.

All images and data obtained from observations at LCO facilities are available for scientific or educational use under the Creative Commons BY-CC 2.0 license, with an additional proprietary term for scientific data.
