Designer indicators for two-photon recording of subthreshold voltage dynamics (Figure 5 Key and Figure 5B-F preprocessed data)

Please contact Dr. St-Pierre and Dr. Reimer for any questions regarding this dataset or the code to analyze it. This dataset contains the animal IDs for each subpannel. This upload also contains all the preprocessed data for pyramidal cells. For the VIP/SOM (Figure 5G) dataset only the preprocessed data was exported. The AOD microscope saves the imaging data in a proprietary .mesc file format which one can't open without licensed Femtonics software.
