Sepsis is the leading cause of death in hospital intensive care units. Recent studies have shown that N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification promotes the inflammatory response, and we evaluated the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on aortic m6A modifications in mRNAs and lncRNAs.
