Enantioselective radical cross-coupling offers a powerful strategy for asymmetric construction of stereogenic C(sp³) centers in C(sp³)-rich bioactive molecules, natural products, and functional materials. However, achieving general and highly enantioselective variants remains a central challenge, as it requires managing radical reactivity and precise stereocontrol. Traditional catalyst development relies on empirical optimization to correlate catalyst structure with performance of stereocontrol, a labor-intensive process.
