Three Independent Blockchain Snapshots and scripts for TEMPLAR

Contains: Three independent snapshots (processed_bitfraudV2_block1.csv, processed_bitfraudV2_block2.csv, processed_bitfraudV2_block3.csv)- Three Labeled Datasets (D1: 360051, D2: 311559, D3: 200289 transactions) are constructed with enforced temporal gaps and zero cross-contamination. Labeled using a multi-source, confidence-tiered labelling pipeline that combines ChainAbuse (102620 addresses) and BTCBlack (52924 confirmed addresses) to produce structured Tier-1/Tier-2 fraud labels.
