File S1 - The Effect of STDP Temporal Kernel Structure on the Learning Dynamics of Single Excitatory and Inhibitory Synapses

This package (1Syn-STDP4PLOS.zip) is a Matlab set of scripts and utilities that includes all the numerical simulations that were used to produce the figures in this manuscript. It also contains all the scripts that generated the figures. The scripts in the main folder are divided into two categories. The files that begin with “Bat” execute the numerical simulations, and the ones that begin with “Plot” generate the figures. All the supporting numerical utilities are stored in the sub folder “CommonLib”. (ZIP)
