资源简介:
Targeted genotyping-based identification of donor- and recipient-derived cells to resolve the origin of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) following allogeneic stem cell transplantation in the context of aplastic anemia (AA). Overall design: Single-cell whole transcriptome and U2AF1S34Y-specific profiling of bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells after diagnosis of AA, onset and progression (prog) of MDS following allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Due to institutional data regulation and privacy policies, raw sequencing data files can currently not be released to protect the patient’s identity.
