资源简介:
Agroecological systems are widely diversified, creating conditions conducive to the development of numerous organisms, with emphasis on the microbiota that acts in the decomposition of organic matter and in promoting plant growth, being able to play a fundamental role in terms of interactions at the rhizosphere level that can provide greater plant growth. The microbiome of vegetable crops grown in a diverse vegetable module fertilized with fermented compost and green manure located in Seropedica, RJ, Brazil was evaluated. Rhizosphere samples were collected from kale (Brassica oleracea), beetroot (Beta vulgaris), carrot (Daucus carota), lettuce (Lactuca sativa; curly group), lettuce (Lactuca sativa; smooth group) and arugula (Eruca vesicaria ssp. sativa) and the respective bulk soil collected between the rows at a depth of 0 to 10 cm.PARTICIPANTS: Luc Felicianus Marie Rouws, Jhonatan Marins Goulart, Jose Guilherme Marinho Guerra, Norma Gouvea Rumjanek, Marcia Reed Coelho, Gustavo Ribeiro Xavier, Ederson da Conceicao Jesus e Jose Antonio Espindola
