四川云南地区爬行动物资源数据集（2022）

为摸清藏南区域爬行动物多样性现状、种群数量、生境类型，掌握其分布的时空特点，同时建立该区域爬行动物资源种质资源库。2022年主要在四川省甘孜州，云南省迪庆藏族自治州、丽江市、大理市、共采集112份爬行动物标本和252份组织样品。本数据集包含1个标本信息表、1个组织样品信息表和492张照片。样品信息表包含物种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息，以excel表形式存储。照片包含个体照片、工作照、生境照，个体照片以物种拉丁名命名，以jpg格式存储。

To investigate the current status of reptile diversity, population size and habitat types in the southern Tibet region, clarify the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of reptiles in this area, and establish a germplasm resource bank for local reptile resources. In 2022, a total of 112 reptile specimens and 252 tissue samples were collected primarily in Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, as well as Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Lijiang City and Dali City of Yunnan Province. This dataset includes one specimen information table, one tissue sample information table, and 492 photographs. The sample information table records basic sample information including species, detailed sampling site, sample type, collection date, collector, preservation method and other basic details, and is stored in Excel spreadsheet format. The photographs cover individual animal photos, fieldwork photos and habitat photos. Individual animal photos are named after the Latin binomial of the corresponding species and saved in JPEG format.
