Data and code necessary for reviewing methods and results for Klarevas-Irby & Farine "Diel patterns of movement reveal temporal strategies during dispersal", 2024 Animal Behaviour. Published study can be found here: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.anbehav.2023.10.010Input data are in the form of Excel spreadsheets, containing metadata on vulturine guineafowl dispersal events, meteorological data. Data on brown bear movements are from Bogdanovic et al 2021 (doi:10.1002/ece3.8267), and can be found in repository listed therein.Output data are in the form of .Rdata files and contain all GPS data used in the present study (subset by temporal resolution, e.g. AllHiRes.Rdata), and all prepared data objects created by the scripts herein that were used for plotting and statistical analyses.
