Departmental Sensitive Natural Spaces – Pre-emption Zones

Represents the perimeters of pre-emption zones of sensitive departmental natural spaces, i.e. property of the department and under departmental control. The pre-emption zone is created by deliberation of the Departmental Council. It most often corresponds to the area of intervention of the site but can also correspond to the observation area. Within this perimeter, in the event of the sale of land, the Department has priority to acquire it. Land acquired through the exercise of the right of pre-emption and with the development tax, is inalienable and must retain its vocation as a natural space.
