A 3D building model is a digital, numerical surface model of the earth’s surface, reduced to the object areas defined in ALKIS buildings and structures (definition according to ALKIS-OK). Underground buildings and structures are not taken into account. The 3D building model is an extension of the dataset of the house surrounds by the third dimension. The GetFeatureInfo provides the tile name, number of 3D buildings, number of unrecognised roof shapes (LoD1), production date, timeliness of house rings, and the actuality of DGM1 relative to the respective km².
