<b>Evolving gene expression plasticity under climate change: A case study of thermal adaptation in the invasive tunicate </b><b><i>Herdmania momus</i></b>

We provide a reference transcriptome (Unigene.fasta) of invasive Herdmania momus which was firstly de novo assembled, and gene expression abundance (readcount.xlsx) of 15,324 genes in ascidian samples under temperature stresses.
