Dataset for "Dispersion models describing coupled systems in doped crystals. II. Infrared phonon excitations in GaAs single crystals and phonon–plasmon coupling in Zn-doped GaAs"

This dataset contains the numerical fitting output and publication figures associated with the manuscript. The supplied Metadata folder contains 17 files: - 16 single-page PDF files corresponding to Figures 1-16 of the publication.- One extensionless UTF-8 text file, out-final, containing the newAD fitting output, model definition, fitted parameters and uncertainties, experimental and calculated data, weights, optical constants, and derived response functions. The PDF files are graphical representations of the results. The primary machine-readable numerical content is contained in out-final. The experimental values stored in out-final are identified by the suffix ".exp", calculated/model values by ".th", and regression weights by "weight". Calculated optical constants and response functions include uncertainty columns where available. The archive is organized as one folder named Metadata. The figure files use descriptive names rather than figure numbers; their correspondence to the manuscript figures is provided in the file list below.
