OvineExpectedRecombinationRate.txt. This file contains information about physical and expected recombination rate for the entire sheep genome assembly (ISGC Oar_v3.1). The first line gives the correct setting to load it in the UCSC genome browser. This file contains four columns, the chromosome, the physical position for the previous markers, the physical position for the markers, and the expected recombination rate between the two markers.
