Mikado compare analyses

This dataset contains the results of Mikado compare results for all the assemblers and combiners. For details on the file formats, please consult the online documentation for Mikado:<br><br>https://mikado.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Usage/Compare.html<br><br>- Comparisons_real_and_simulated: comparisons for the real and simulated datasets. <br>- Multiple_Isoform_Fractions_comparisons.zip: comparisons for Stringtie/CLASS and derived Mikados obtained by varying the MIF parameter.<br>- Comparisons_multiple_samples.zip: Comparisons for the assemblies and combinations obtained by analysing multiple samples of A. thaliana.<br>- Comparisons_pacbio.zip: Comparisons for the analysis on human and Illumina and PacBio data (raw assemblies/alignments, EvidentialGene, and Mikado).<br>
