Ebola virus gycoprotein (EbovGP) stimulation of whole human PBMC

EbovGP has been shown to stimulate high concentrations of innate cytokines from cells of myeloid lineage via TLR-4 engagement. Overall design: PBMC from 6 healthy adult donors were isolated and stimulated with EbovGP in vitro for 15 hours, cells were then separated into CD14+ and remaining CD14 depleted fractions and RNA was extracted for RNA trascriptional analysis.
