Dataset supporting: Chronic reproductive and behavioural endpoints reveal polymer- and size-dependent responses to micro- and nanoplastics in Daphnia magna

This dataset contains the raw data and metadata supporting the manuscript "Chronic reproductive and behavioural endpoints reveal polymer- and size-dependent responses to micro- and nanoplastics in Daphnia magna". It includes physicochemical characterization of the tested particles and raw data from acute immobilization (48 h), swimming behaviour (48 h), and chronic reproduction (21 d) assays following exposure to polystyrene (PS) and polyethylene (PE) micro- and nanoplastics. Swimming behaviour validation data obtained using silver (Ag) and titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles are also included. The dataset is provided to support reproducibility and facilitate data reuse and meta-analyses.
