Tumor bearing mice treated with or without cyclophosphamide (100mg/kg; i.p.) and mock T cells or CAR T cells. Tumors harvested at early timepoint following therapy and RNA extracted from whole tumors was used for bulk RNA sequencing analysis. Overall design: Tumor engraftment Day 0 (1x10^6 RM9 ; s.c.). Cyclophosphamideor vehicle (pbs) treatment (100mg/kg ; i.p.) on day 6 post engraftment. Mock or CAR T cell treatment (i.v.) on day 7 post engraftment. Tumor harvest, lysate, and RNA extraction on day 10 post engraftment. RNA submitted for bulk RNA sequencing.
