Epidermal keratinoyctes consitute the primary physical and biological barrier of the skin. The goal of this study is to determine the functions of keratinocyte UBE2N in regulation of skin homeostasis and immunity. Overall design: We subjected C57BL6 WT and Rosa26CreER:Ube2nFlox/Flox mice back skin with topical treatments of 4-hydroxytamoxifen, and then collected WT and mutant skin samples for single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis.
