Uploaded here is the raw 16s sequencing data (fastq) for the study "Microbiome mediating methane and nitrogen transformations in a subterranean estuary". Greenhouse gas, nutrient and physicochemical raw data sets as well as the updated microbial abundance table of detected ASVs (qiime2+silva pipeline) are appended.In this study, we characterize microbial communities driving greenhouse gas and nutrient transformations in a subtropical STE situated within the Great Barrier Reef catchment, Australia. Microbial and environmental samples were extracted from the STE's terrestrial (freshwater), mixing (brackish) and oceanic (saltwater) zones.For further information refer to the manuscript (Link TBA once published).
