Uploaded here is the raw 16s sequencing data (fastq) for the study "Microbiome mediating methane and nitrogen transformations in a subterranean estuary". Greenhouse gas, nutrient and physicochemical raw data sets as well as the updated microbial abundance table of detected ASVs (qiime2+silva pipeline) are appended.In this study, we characterize microbial communities driving greenhouse gas and nutrient transformations in a subtropical STE situated within the Great Barrier Reef catchment, Australia.
