Subsequently, the defect types and locations of the photovoltaic modules are analyzed based on the luminescent images provided by the EL tester. This application scenario covers the following two aspects: 1. Defect Handling: For the detected defects, timely recording and processing shall be carried out. Corresponding treatment measures such as repair and replacement can be adopted according to the specific defect types and locations. The causes of defects can be divided into two categories: incoming material-related issues and human-related issues. Although the quality of incoming materials cannot be fully controlled, it is entirely possible to avoid such defects by strengthening management in each relevant manufacturing process, reducing the impact of human factors, and ensuring that 100% of photovoltaic modules pass the EL test before shipment. For photovoltaic advertising light boxes, rough manual installation during the installation process will also lead to the occurrence of secondary defects. 2. Report Compilation: Organize the test results into a clear, concise and easy-to-understand report that comprehensively records the performance status of the photovoltaic advertising light boxes and the detected problems. This allows the production department and management to fully understand the performance status of the photovoltaic products and the required improvement measures. In addition, for photovoltaic advertising light box products, daily EL testing is conducted for each product every month prior to shipment. Following the standardized procedure: configure the EL tester parameters based on the type and specification of the photovoltaic modules, analyze the defect types and locations via the luminescent images, summarize the daily test results to count the defect type and location with the highest proportion in the current month, then conduct timely recording, processing and implement corresponding treatment measures.
