Soil microorganisms play a vital role in the yield and quality of Cyperus esculentus. In this study, the rhizosphere soil of Cyperus esculentus were used as test materials to determine the physicochemical properties and enzyme activities, the community structure of bacteria and fungi, and the relationship between microbial community diversity and soil nutrients to establish a theoretical basis for healthy cultivation of Cyperus esculentus.
