资源简介:
This project aims at the continuous cropping field of Bijie, using flue-cured tobacco and vegetables, Chinese herbs, green manure and other plants for intercropping rotation. To study the effects of the rhizosphere soil biological factors (mainly including soil physical and chemical properties, pH value, nutrient composition and availability, enzyme activity and other microecological environment, microbial groups, number of main functional groups, diversity of functional groups and other microbial flora) on the continuous cropping area of Bijie City. The effects of allelopathy on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco plants (agronomic traits, photosynthetic characteristics, economic benefits, quality, root and stem diseases, etc.) were revealed, and the mechanism of eliminating the causes of soil continuous cropping obstacles by allelopathy was revealed. 1-2 plants that were most suitable for intercropping rotation with Bijie flue-cured tobacco were screened out, and a supporting soil continuous cropping obstacle reduction technology was formed. In order to achieve the continuous cropping tobacco field soil improvement and tobacco quality improvement objectives.
