Human Ageing Genomic Resources

The Human Ageing Genomic Resources (HAGR) is a collection of databases and tools for the biology and genetics of ageing. HAGR features several databases with high-quality, manually-curated data: 1) GenAge, a database of genes associated with ageing in humans and model organisms; 2) AnAge, an extensive collection of longevity records and complementary traits for over 4,000 vertebrate species; and 3) GenDR, a database containing both gene mutations that interfere with dietary restriction-mediated lifespan extension and consistent gene expression changes induced by dietary restriction.人类衰老基因组资源库（Human Ageing Genomic Resources, 简称HAGR）是一套面向衰老生物学与遗传学的数据库与工具集合。HAGR下设多个经人工精心整理的高质量数据库，具体如下：1）GenAge数据库：收录人类及模式生物中与衰老相关的基因；2）AnAge数据库：涵盖超过4000个脊椎动物物种的寿命记录及配套补充性状的大规模数据集；3）GenDR数据库：收录两类数据，其一为可干扰饮食限制介导的寿命延长效应的基因突变，其二为饮食限制诱导的一致性基因表达变化。
