Novel loci associated with resistance to downy and powdery mildew in grapevine. Vitis vinifera

This study explores the diversity of grapevine germplasm (cultivated and wild) from Caucasus and neighbouring areas to identify loci associated with downy and powdery resistance, via GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Analysis) on SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) profiles.
