Expression data from Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Industrial bioethanol production may involve a low pH environment,improving the tolerance of S. cerevisiae to a low pH environment caused by inorganic acids may be of industrial importance to control bacterial contamination, increase ethanol yield and reduce production cost. Through analysis the transcriptomic data of Saccharomyces cerevisiae with different ploidy under low pH stress, we hope to find the tolerance mechanism of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to low pH.工业生物乙醇生产过程往往涉及低pH环境。提升酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）对无机酸诱导的低pH环境的耐受性，对于控制细菌污染、提高乙醇产率并降低生产成本具有重要的工业应用价值。本研究通过对不同倍性酿酒酵母在低pH胁迫下的转录组数据开展分析，旨在揭示其对低pH环境的耐受机制。
