The dataset consists of five different types of commercial fruity beer analysed with SPME-GCxGC-TOFMS. The main aroma characteristic of the beers, as reported on their respective labels, were red berries (Berry), cherry (Cherry), banana (Banana), apple (Apple), and peach (Peach). Five replicates were analyzed for each beer type. Twenty-five chromatograms were obtained from the five beer sample types (n = 5). In addition, a fiber blank following the same extraction conditions is available. All samples are provided in .cdf and .smp format.
