The remediation of cadmium-contaminated soil is one of the key problems to be solved urgently, and it is of great significance to explore the long-term treatment technology. In this study, two tillage methods, conventional tillage (CT) and deep tillage (DT), were set up in paddy fields with heavy cadmium pollution, and three kinds of biochar, iron based biochar (FeB), bamboo biochar (BB) and straw biochar (RSB), were combined. To explore the effects of tillage combined with biochar measures on soil total Cd, transformation of different forms of Cd, rice Cd content, soil nutrient index and microbial community changes.
