Gene Expression Count Data of patients with FOXF1/FENDRR B-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

This record contains count matrices associated with the brief report “IGH::FENDRR and specific KRAS mutations define a novel B-ALL molecular subtype with poor chemotherapy response” to be published in Blood. It includes count data for all FENDRR/FOXF1 B-ALL patients with available RNA-seq data (n = 9). The translation table provides the mapping between the patient numbers used throughout the manuscript and the corresponding patient IDs. Count matrices for additional B-ALL patients used as reference for this study are available at 10.5281/zenodo.18310354. The data will be made publicly available upon publication of the manuscript.
