This study provide a comprehensive understanding of expression dynamics of susceptible interaction between apple and Venturia inequalis. Apple is an economically important plant, and on developing apple scab disease by V. inequalis, huge economic losses occur. This work would facilitate understanding of this host-pathogen interaction.
