ElecDom — Annual consumption data

The general objective of the PANEL ELECDOM project is to improve the knowledge of electricity consumption in the residential sector, which, with 33 % of French electricity consumption in 2017, is the most consumer sector. This study focuses on the specific uses of electricity. Based on information collected on the ground, this unique research system in France is intended to continue with the aim of evaluating dynamically the impact of societal changes and consumption patterns (products, behaviours). A communicating system records, at a time of 10 minutes in 100 dwellings representative of the French fleet, the electricity consumption of the devices connected to the power outlets and those of the electrical outlets on the board. The data is then sent daily to a ftp server. Each unit is equipped on average with 24.8 measuring points. The proposed dataset presents the annual consumption data of the various devices monitored, **data in kWh/year**. When the measurement period is not complete, the data have been annualised using linear extrapolation.
