We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to characterize the tumor immune microenvironment associated with MDM2 knockdown in tumor cells. E.G7 lymphoma cells expressing either non-targeting control (NT) or MDM2 knockdown were subcutaneously implanted into C57BL/6 mice. Tumors were harvested 12 days after inoculation, and CD45+ tumor-infiltrating immune cells were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) for single-cell RNA sequencing. This dataset enables comparative analysis of immune cell composition, functional states, and transcriptional programs between control and MDM2-deficient tumor conditions, providing insights into how tumor-intrinsic MDM2 regulates anti-tumor immunity.
