Gene expression changes in PC12 cells expressing GFP-mHtt-74Q treated with Guanabenz analogues

To gain an overview of the cellular impact of Guanabenz analogues, we analyzed the gene expression changes in PC12 cells expressing GFP-mHtt-74Q utilizing Affimatrix rat genome microarrays. Following exposure of PC12 cells expressing GFP-mHtt-74Q to Compound 6 for 48 hrs, we noted the enhanced expression of over 46 genes and the reduced expression of 8 genes compared to DMSO为全面解析胍苯类似物（Guanabenz analogues）的细胞效应，我们采用Affimatrix大鼠基因组微阵列（Affimatrix rat genome microarrays），对表达GFP-mHtt-74Q的PC12细胞开展基因表达变化分析。将表达GFP-mHtt-74Q的PC12细胞以Compound 6处理48小时后，与二甲基亚砜（DMSO）对照组相比，我们观测到超过46个基因的表达上调，以及8个基因的表达下调。
