Broad-band X-ray survey of a galactic Pevatron accelerator associated with SS433

The longawaited HAWC discovery of TeV gammaray emission from the eastern andwestern lobes of W50 nebula, powered by the microquasar SS433, was the firstevidence that accreting Xray binaries can efficiently accelerate particles toTeVPeV energies, indicating a new class of Galactic PeVatrons. The proposedNuSTAR and XMM observations will complete a broadband Xray survey of theparticle acceleration and jet termination sites of the W50/SS433 system.Spatiallyresolved Xray spectroscopy will resolve the nonthermal Xrayemission, characterize thermal Xray knots in the western lobe and constrain thejet acceleration efficiency.
