The differences of WUE and drivers between weekend and weekday at 35 European flux sites

This dataset contains the differences of WUE and drivers between weekends and weekdays across 35 FLUXNET sites located in Europe, covering the period from 2004 to 2013. The variables include: gross primary productivity (GPP) 、 evapotranspiration (ET) 、water use efficiency (WUE) 、air temperature (TA)、vapor pressure deficit (VPD)、soil moisture (SM)、diffuse radiation fraction (k_d)、incoming shortwave radiation (SW_IN).
